Cancellation Policy
We understand life happens
We value the client experience and have set guidelines to ensure a professional and happy environment. Your appointments are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. A fee will be applied to your credit card if less than 48 hours notice is given.
– Less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount on your credit card.
– If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and a 50% late cancellation fee may apply.
